| A friend sent me this picture of my old college house- and it made me so sad. No one loves this little house- but I sure did when I lived there. It's a little 3 bedroom one bath house that was built maybe 1900? It was sold while I was living in it and the new owners have done it no favors- they painted it this awful one color- no trim color, no detail work. They also took out all of the lovely windows that had little latches that you could open to the side like little doors and replaced it with boring low grade vinyl windows. As you can see- no one has done anything with the yard. Although I had very little money in college I pulled weeds and laid fresh bark. I really loved this house and wish someone would save it.........If only I was rich :) |
